About MCAP

The mission of the Macomb County Abstinence Partnership (MCAP) is to promote healthy choices and behaviors among Macomb County youth 9-17 years of age by avoiding risky behavior such as sexual activity and the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

MCAP is located in Mt. Clemens, MI, and is a branch of the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit.
